Employee Permits:

The Parking Authority, from time to time, will provide parking  permits to those persons who provide proof of employment and/or business ownership in the City of Bethlehem, and are operators of motor vehicles not registered in the appropriate Residential Permit Parking Area ("RPP").  The permits are granted in compliance with the City of Bethlehem Parking Ordinance.  These permits are not valid for areas where meters are located.  Other restrictions, as determined by the Parking Authority, may apply.

Employee permits are limited in space and not all RPP streets have employee permits. Employee permits are designated to a specific block and a specific side of the street.  Currently, we have a waitlist for some streets.

Registration
Insurance Card
Proof of employment
$50.00 initial cost- cost of renewal during the month of March is $40.00. Fees are prorated.

Walnut Street and North Street Garages:

Employee discount cards are offered to downtown employees who wish to park in the Walnut Street and North Street Garages. The cards are punch cards and are sold at a discount to employees.  A twenty (20) punch card is $10.00 and a forty (40) punch card is $20.00.  Each punch represents one hour of parking.  The cards are not valid during Musikfest and Celtic Classic and any other events as determined by the Parking Authority.  There are no refunds for any unused cards or portions thereof.
