Vehicles with five (5) or more unpaid parking violations may be towed or immobilized by use of a wheel boot. Before a towed or immobilized vehicle can be released, all outstanding parking violations issued to the vehicle owner must be paid in full. Additional fees as follows will be incurred:
1. Towing -- $150.00 (minimum)
2. Immobilization -- $50.00
3. Storage of Vehicle -- $40.00 per calendar day
Payment must be made at the Bethlehem Parking Authority’s office. Vehicles will only be released to the owner Monday thru Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. or Friday 8 A.M. to 11 A.M. Payment must be made by cash, money order or check.
Credit cards are not accepted.
