BPA Launches Express Pay

The Bethlehem Parking Authority has introduced Express Pay, a new ticketless parking option at select garages that allows drivers to park and go using license plate recognition and mobile payment.

First-time users can activate through ParkMobile (iOS Android) or ParkWhiz (iOS Android or Web) to link their vehicles and payment.
