Tickets that have been cited at the Magistrates cannot be paid through this system.
Want to appeal your ticket?
Click here, to appeal your Parking Ticket. Parking Tickets will not be dismissed over the phone, through email, through online chat, or at our offices. If you don’t know your ticket number, you can look it up by your license plate number.
Once a request is made, an administrative review will be performed looking for any ticket errors. Examples of errors include and not limited to, incorrect license plate, incorrect location, etc. If upheld, it will be forwarded to the Magistrate’s office upon request, and a hearing will be scheduled. The Magistrate will notify you of the date and time.
Please allow for three business days for a response and be mindful of potential late fees detailed on your parking ticket. If you did not receive a response, check your SPAM/Junk folder.
