Parking Garage Permits

Get a Garage Parking Permit in just two easy steps!

Step 1 – Find your Garage!

Step 2 – Sign Up for your Garage Permit!

Once your registration has been approved and payment is made, a welcome email will be sent to you with further information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam or reach out to us at

Monthly Permit Holders have multiple parking credential options, like,

  • Proxy card
  • License Plate (Polk Street Garage Only)
  • Bluetooth, by using the ParkWhiz app (we’ll need your cell phone number on file)
  • QR Code by using the ParkWhiz app (we’ll need your cell phone number on file)
  • Automated Call (IVR) (we’ll need your cell phone number on file)

Parking Lot Permits

Get a Parking Lot Permit in just two easy steps!

Step 1 – Find your Parking Lot!

Step 2 – Sign Up for You Parking Lot Monthly Permit

You must have a valid e-mail address and a credit or debit card to apply for and maintain your parking permit. All customers must make all the necessary account modifications through the Customer Portal at any time.

Parking Lot Contract Parking Permits can be paid monthly on an auto-pay system. Auto-pay payments are the most convenient way to park and are charged every month, on the first of the month.

To Terminate your Permit and Cancel Your AutoPay log into the Customer Portal and navigate to the “Your Permits” page. Find the active permit you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Auto-Renew” button. The permit is valid from the first day of the month through the last day of the month. There will be no proration or refunds for unused time.

This application process is for INDIVIDUAL parkers ONLY. If you are part of a corporate account, please contact the Fleet Manager within your corporation/group. They will arrange for your addition to their fleet.
