  3. Credit card, cash, check, or money order at the BPA Office
  4. Ticket drop box outside of the BPA Office for after hours payments

Want to appeal your ticket?

Parking tickets may be appealed through our online system. Appeals are not accepted by phone; however, a team member can assist you with submitting an appeal through the online system. Appeals are not accepted by email or online chat.

If you do not know your ticket number, you may look it up using your license plate number.

Once your appeal is submitted, an administrative review will be conducted by designated staff in accordance with the Parking Ticket Administrative Dismissal Policy. Tickets are presumed valid when issued and will only be dismissed if the appeal meets the approved criteria established by policy.

Qualifying circumstances may include administrative or system error, verified equipment failure, good-faith compliance (such as incorrect plate or zone entry but otherwise payment was made and verified), or other conditions defined in the policy.

Please allow up to five (5) business days for a response. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam or junk folder.

If your appeal is denied, you may either pay the ticket or request a hearing before a Magisterial District Judge. Upon request, the citation will be filed and the court will notify you of the hearing date and time.

Important: Submitting an appeal does not pause or waive late fees. Late fees may still apply as outlined on your ticket.

Per Bethlehem City ordinance, late fees are applied 14 days after issuance. If payment is not received, the citation may be filed with the Magisterial District Judge.
